Make ownership clear: the firm should know who is responsible for moving an issue forward.
Practical IT support, built around the way firms work.
Avora Solutions is a London, Ontario IT services company focused on a simple idea: your firm deserves dependable technology and clear accountability, without paying for an internal IT department.
Why Avora exists
When nobody clearly owns IT, the work does not disappear. It falls to an office manager, a partner, the person who is “good with computers,” or a collection of vendors who each handle only one piece.
Avora brings that work together. We help firms support their people, manage the routine technology tasks, strengthen the basics, and make sensible plans for what comes next.
Our approach
Explain the business impact: advice should connect to staff time, client service, risk, and cost.
Fix the basics first: reliable devices, protected accounts, working backups, and sensible access come before fashionable tools.
Recommend what fits: your firm should not be pushed into an enterprise-sized solution.
Stay accountable: open risks and next steps should be visible, not buried in technical reports.
Local when it helps, remote when it is faster
Avora serves London and surrounding Southwestern Ontario. Most day-to-day support can be delivered remotely. When an issue needs someone onsite, we arrange hands-on help within the agreed service area and terms.
Who we serve
Our first focus is law firms with approximately 5–25 staff, one office, and no internal IT team. We also work with other professional businesses that share the same need for dependable support, careful handling of information, and clear accountability.
Founder
I'm Leandro Nip Villasuso, the founder of Avora Solutions. I'm a 21-year-old cybersecurity graduate with five years of experience in the IT industry, and I hold recognized credentials and certifications in my field. Raised in Canada and based in London, Ontario, I started Avora because every firm deserves the same calibre of technology care that larger companies take for granted — without the enterprise price tag or the jargon. My approach is straightforward: strong protection, reliable day-to-day support, and honest advice about what your firm actually needs. I'd rather tell you plainly what will help — and what won't — than sell you something you'll never use.
Avora is led by a London-based systems administrator, with security specialist support available for deeper security work.
