Both. Most day-to-day support and administration can be handled remotely. When equipment or an office issue needs hands, onsite help can be arranged within the agreed service area and terms.

The core service is expected to include monitoring, patching, backup oversight, identity and multifactor authentication administration, vendor coordination, reporting, and helpdesk support. The exact scope, support hours, exclusions, and service targets will be listed in your proposal and agreement.

Yes, where the tools and vendors can be supported safely and reasonably. Avora can coordinate with internet, software, telecom, and other technology providers so the firm has one accountable point of contact. Any unsupported or high-risk systems will be identified during discovery.

Not without a plan. A transition starts by documenting the current environment, access, vendors, backups, and urgent risks. Avora will propose the handoff and stabilization work before ongoing service begins.

It is a paid baseline review of agreed areas such as devices, email and phishing posture, multifactor authentication, backup restorability, file permissions, and network basics. You receive a plain-language findings report and a prioritized action plan.

No. It is a practical baseline review, not a penetration test, legal opinion, compliance certification, or formal audit. Any deeper testing or compliance work must be scoped separately.

No. The findings are yours to review. You can act on them internally, use another provider, or ask Avora for a proposal.

It reviews possible use cases, the information involved, current tools, governance, technical readiness, and where human review must remain central. The result is a practical shortlist of opportunities, risks, and next steps. It is not a full implementation.

Managed IT is priced around the number of users, the current environment, support needs, and onboarding work. Assessments are scoped separately. Avora confirms the scope and price in writing before work begins.
