By purchasing or using any product from Avora Audio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Licenses

All products sold by Avora Audio are digital goods delivered via instant download. Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal license to use the product as follows:

• Plugins: You may install the plugin on up to 3 machines that you personally own or control. You may use the plugin in any personal or commercial music production project.
• Drum & Sound Kits: Samples are royalty-free for use in original music. You may use them in commercial releases, sync licenses, and live performances.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share any Avora Audio product — paid or free — with third parties.
• Use samples or plugin presets as standalone products (e.g. re-packaging them as your own sample pack or preset bank).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any plugin binary.
• Use Avora Audio products to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods that are made available for download immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The product is materially defective and we are unable to provide a fix within 14 days.
• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.

To request a refund under these conditions, contact support@avoraaudio.com within 30 days of purchase.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Avora Audio does not store your card details. All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Delivery

Download links are provided immediately on the confirmation page after a successful payment. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files. We recommend storing a copy in a secure location. Download links may expire after 30 days — contact support if you need a replacement.

6. Updates

Plugin purchases include free updates for the current major version (e.g. v1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g. v1 → v2) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price. Sample kit purchases are a one-time license with no updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that plugins will be compatible with every DAW or operating system version. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing — compatibility information is listed on each product page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avora Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All Avora Audio products, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Avora Audio. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
